We are excited to announce that we will be adding a semi-regular (bimonthly) feature at Grumpy Book Grrrl – Mental Health Monday! We have been blogging off and on for awhile about our personal experiences and feelings. We will be expanding this to include mental health tips, research/medical news, guest blogs, and more.

If you are interested in being a guest blogger, contact us at Twitter through message or leave a comment here. Mental illness affects so many people in varying degrees and health care for these issues in the Unites States still has so far to go. It’s dismal.

We want to share and comfort and allow other bloggers a space to communicate.

We will continue to blog about books, book reviews, movies, and other topics, but this will be a feature dedicated to Mondays.
